Chassieu, 29 February 2016 - AMOEBA announces that it will submit a request for provisional MA for all of Europe as soon as the active principle in its biological biocide has been validated by the regulatory authority ANSES (French Agency for Food, Environmental and Occupational Health & Safety). This validation is expected to come through in the first half of 2016, the schedule for obtaining provisional MA will then be as follows:

- One month after the request in France.

- Three months after the request in European member states.

As soon as provisional MA is awarded, Amoéba will be able to launch commercialisation in the relevant countries, in line with its international development strategy. Amoéba has already constituted a widespread commercial network in Europe thanks to LOI signed with distributors based in Germany, Belgium, the Netherlands, Luxemburg and Italy. “The companies who wish to benefit from Amoéba’s solution are waiting for this provisional MA, which will give us the opportunity to immediately penetrate the European market and to rapidly settle our commercial status thanks to our distributors.” comments Fabrice PLASSON, President of AMOEBA’s Board of Directors.
